Support for one of life’s most human experiences
Most of us prepare for birth. Very few of us prepare for death.
An End-of-Life Doula (also called a Death Doula) provides non-medical,
emotional, educational, and practical support for individuals and families
facing serious illness or the end of life.

You Do Not Have to Know What Comes Next
Sometimes people need information.
Sometimes they need someone to sit quietly beside them.
Sometimes they simply need permission to talk about death honestly.

Facing serious illness or the end of life can bring overwhelming emotions, difficult decisions, and so many unknowns.
You do not have to figure it out alone. I am here to walk alongside you with compassion, clarity, and steady support.

I advocate for your voice, values, and wishes
Common Questions
1. Do I need to be at the end of life to contact you?
No. Many people reach out while planning ahead, after a serious diagnosis, or when they begin supporting an aging parent or loved one. It doesn't have to be an immediate crisis.
2. What is the difference between and End-of-Life Doula and hospice or palliative care?
Hospice and palliative care provide medical care and symptom management. My role is non-medical and focuses on education, planning, emotional support, caregiver guidace, and help individuals and families navigate the journey alongside their healthcare team.
3. Can family members participate in appointments?
Absolutely. Family members are often encouraged to participate, espeically when discussing wishes, planning ahead, or making important decisions together.
4. Is this only for older adults?
No. Serious illness and end-of-life planning can affect adults of any age. I support individuals and families whever they are in the journey.
5. I don't know which services I need or what questions to ask. Where do I start?
That's completely okay. You don't need to have all the answers before reaching out. A free Connection Call gives us an opportunity to talk about your situation and determine what type of support would be most helpful. Part of my role is helping you identify what questions to ask, understand your options and navigate decisions with greater confidence.
6. What happens after my loved ones dies? Can you still help?
Yes. Many families find the days and weeks after a death overwhelming. I can provide emotional support, help you understand what to expect, answer questions, and connect you with resources as you navigate those first steps. If ongoing grief support would be beneficial, we can also continue working together through my grief coaching services.
