Hi, I'm Nicole,
I'm glad you're here.
I’m a grief educator, coach, and Thanatology student — the formal study of death, dying, grief, loss, and bereavement. I’m also currently completing training to become a certified End-of-Life Doula and End-of-Life Planner.
My heart’s work is walking beside people as they navigate loss, life changes, and the messy middle of learning how to live with what has happened.
My Story
Grief has touched my life in many forms — sudden and traumatic loss, long illness, anticipatory grief, cumulative grief, and life changes that quietly alter everything. I’ve lost my father and my brother— significant losses that changed me in ways I couldn’t have understood at the time.
I know what it’s like to keep going on the outside while everything feels different on the inside. To carry heaviness, questions, and moments that catch you off guard.
Through it all, I’ve learned that grief isn’t something you “get over.” It’s something you learn to live with—there’s no timeline, no right way, just your way.
With a background in Social Service Work, I’ve always felt a strong pull toward this work — toward sitting with hard conversations, grief, loss, and the parts of life many people avoid.
I’m here to walk alongside you, without judgment—so you feel supported, understood, and a little less alone as you find your way forward.
